            The Committee on Roads and Transportation moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line one, following the word “authorized” by inserting the following:

            “With the following amendment: on page two, subsection 3.1., line nine, by striking the characters “§17B-2-8(I)” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “§17B-2-8(i);

            On page six, subdivision 3.11.a., line six, following the words “WV Code”, by striking the characters “§17B-2-8(I)” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “§17B-2-8(i);

            On page twenty-one, subdivision 7.4.b., line nineteen, following the words “Division, at”, by striking the word “its’” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “its”;

            On page twenty-one, subdivision 7.4.b., line twenty-two, following the words “of record”, by striking the words “can not” and inserting in lieu thereof the following word: “cannot”;

            On page thirty-two, subsection 10.1, line eleven, following the words “except as” by striking the word “provide” and inserting in lieu thereof “provided”;

            On page thirty-five, subdivision 11.1.c., line one, following the words “WV Code”, by striking the characters “§17B-2-8(I)” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “§17B-2-8(i);

            On page thirty-five, subsection 11.4, line eighteen, following the words “the documents”, by striking the words “can not” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “cannot”;

            On page forty-seven, line fifteen, following the word “endocrinologist” by inserting the words “general practitioner”;

            On page fifty-two, subsection 14.14, line three, following the words “examination certificate has” by striking the word “two” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “three”;

            And,

            On page fifty-two, line six, following the words “longer than”, by striking the word “two” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “three”.
